Yes, we serve both business and private clients. Corporate accounts are available with monthly invoicing, 30-day payment terms, and dedicated account management. Approval typically takes 24 hours subject to standard checks. Private clients can pay by cash or card on journey completion. We maintain the same professional standards for all clients—uniformed chauffeurs, Mercedes S-Class vehicles, and punctual, discreet service regardless of whether you’re booking for business or personal travel.

Your fixed price includes the chauffeur service, Mercedes S-Class vehicle, luggage assistance, complimentary bottled water, and phone charging. The first 15 minutes of waiting time are complimentary. Additional stops are £10 each if required. For cruise transfers, we include assistance with luggage both at your home and at the terminal. For longer journeys, comfort stops are included as needed. Airport parking charges are passed on at cost (typically £10–£25) and shown separately if applicable.

All our prices are fixed with no surge pricing or peak-time premiums. The price we quote is the price you pay, whether you’re booking for Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or a regular Tuesday morning. We don’t use dynamic pricing or charge extra for bank holidays, weekends, or early morning pickups. This makes budgeting straightforward for both private clients and corporate expense management.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates, particularly for early morning pickups, cruise embarkations, or popular event dates like weddings and race meetings. While last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, advance booking guarantees vehicle and chauffeur availability for your preferred time. For corporate account holders with regular travel patterns, we can often accommodate shorter notice bookings.

Private bookings can be paid by cash or card on completion of the journey. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Corporate account holders receive monthly consolidated invoices with 30-day payment terms, making expense management and accounting straightforward. We confirm the payment method when you book, so there are no surprises. For larger bookings or private hire days, we can discuss payment arrangements when confirming your reservation.

Early morning pickups (4am–6am) are common for cruise passengers and business travellers. Late evening returns from London theatres or restaurants are also regularly booked.
